Giving Through Your Will or Living Trust

A simple way to support the New Civil Liberties Alliance and cement your legacy in the new civil liberties movement is through a bequest in your will or living trust.

Bequests to NCLA can be expressed as a dollar amount, a percentage, or all or part of your estate.

If you are ready to include NCLA in your will, you can use this language:

“I give, devise, and bequeath to the New Civil Liberties Alliance, 1225 19th Street NW, Suite 450, Washington, DC 20001, which has a federal tax id number of 81-3474290, the sum of $______, or ______% of my residuary estate (or describe the specific asset to be gifted).”

You can make a bequest to NCLA by adding a codicil to your will or an amendment to your living trust.

Then, please let us know so we can thank you as generously as possible and welcome you to NCLA’s Legacy Society.
