What were your duties as an NCLA intern?
Drafted a response to a motion to dismiss; conducted research and wrote memos for supervising attorneys; drafted a FOIA request.
What did you most enjoy about your internship?
The people we got to meet and learning the nitty-gritty of administrative law.
What interesting thing(s) did you learn about Administrative Law?
How difficult it can be to get proper judicial review.
How might you use what you’ve learned later in your professional career?
In DC, every law career touches regulatory work.
